Two HVAC (Air conditioning and heating) arrived at 7:15 am to begin installation of three HVAC systems (2 Four ton 14 seer units for upstairs and 1 three ton unit for the lower floor).
Had a long discussion with Honeywell in exactly what is the best way to zone the two floors.
Since we have two four ton units the master bedroom and office will be on one HVAC unit and the living room and kitchen and dining room will be on the other unit. Downstairs will have two zones on the three ton HVAC unit.

First floor windows being installed
Another beautiful clear day even though it only reached 50 degrees here at Clear Lake work is progressing on the "Technology House".
All the upstairs floor windows have been installed except the NanaWalls (waiting for some glue lam beams being finished) and now the downstairs windows are being installed.
Also working on mounting of the housing for the D-Link Wi-Fi video camera. Should be mounted within the next few days and up and running within the next week or two.
Picking out the upstairs kitchen island range hood. Going to check out the EuroKitchen Spagna Vetro 42" range hood. You can check it out at: http://www.euro-kitchen.com/proddetail.asp?prod=SV168D%2DI42

Roof shingles are installed

Finally the roof shingles were installed on Saturday and Sunday by a crew of five.
Skylights and windows should be going up this week and we will be able to work inside even if rain is outside.
The NanaWalls are several weeks out as we are awaiting the gluelam beams that will go above the eight foot NanaWalls.
