This blog tracks the creation of a technology demo home by Ron Rosberg, a career radio commentator who has appeared as the "Gadget Guy" on more than 50 radio and TV stations for the past 20 years. The project is also the subject of a TV series and book under development, and will be opened to the technology and construction trade (builders, architects, contractors, designers) for an open house in the summer.
